Are we the right fit for each other?

We’re open to applications from experienced advisers with bags of experience, or from advisers who are newly qualified. Our members are always at the heart of everything we do, so you’re perfect for our team if that dedication, commitment and focus naturally runs through you. For this reason, we don’t target you on business levels or working hours. Of course, you are expected to achieve great results, but our primary focus will always be on the experience and support our members receive.

Although you’ll be self-employed, you will always feel like one of the team. We will:

• Trust you to design the right bespoke mortgage and protection solutions for our members.

• Rely on you to always support our members with the upmost professionalism and dedication.

• Respect your opinions and ideas and value the contribution that you make.

• Provide you with access to our lead platforms.

Are there any other requirements?

Being self-self employed is a great feeling, and we would be delighted to have you onboard, but to be apart of our team you must be the following;

• You’ll need to be a self-employed adviser who can work remotely.

• You can be experienced or newly qualified, as we will support you throughout your journey.

• You must reside within England, Wales, or Scotland.

• You must a have a desire to self generate your business

• You must be a team player

What about leads?

At Robin Mortgage Design, we believe in the power of collaboration and networking. We’ve already partnered with Estate Agents and have also built strong connections through networking and customer referrals. As a self-employed adviser, you’ll be accountable for generating your own business but rest assured, we will fully support your development and success and give you access to our lead platforms.

We are consistently looking at new ways to boost our lead volume with new networking and website & SEO targeted marketing and we are currently in process of building a dedicated platform with this mind.
